Mindfulness with Cath - Your Radiance


Thank you for joining me on Day 16 of 21 Mindfulness inspirations. I hope you take the time for yourself to read and participate in the short mindfulness meditation today.


Radiance isn’t about striving for perfection; it’s about letting your inner light shine. It’s the quiet confidence that comes from honoring your authentic self. When we connect with our radiance, we naturally uplift those around us. What can you do for yourself today, to connect or reconnect with your inner radiance.


Mindfulness Meditation:


Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Bring to mind a moment when you felt truly alive and joyful. Hold that feeling in your heart. Imagine it as a golden light, spreading from your chest to the rest of your body. With each breath, let that light grow brighter. Allow yourself to feel radiant, knowing this light is always within you.
