A Few Reflections from 2025

As this year draws to a close, I wanted to take a quiet moment to say thank you.

This year has stretched me in ways I didn’t quite anticipate, personally and professionally.

It asked me to step outside of my comfort zone, to adapt, and to trust myself more deeply. While it was often challenging, it was also a year of meaningful growth, learning, and refinement. I’ve tried to meet it with honesty, holding both gratitude for the lessons and compassion for how hard things can be at times.

There were moments this year where plans shifted and directions changed. While not everything unfolded as I’d hoped, each pivot offered clarity, resilience, and a deeper trust in myself. Having the opportunity to return to Ellerslie after a few months in a different location, allowed me to reset and continue my work in a way that feels grounded and aligned.

I’m deeply grateful to those of you who continue to come to Mia Belle Holistic Sanctuary for relaxation, nervous system support, and care, and to the new clients who found their way here this year. Your trust means more to me than I can put into words. It’s been a privilege to support you through my Bespoke Wellness Treatments, Fascia Release Therapy, face massage and energy healing - which continue to be the heart of my work.

This year also marked the introduction of Fascia Release Therapy into my practice, a modality I’ve loved training in and offering, and one that has brought through many new clients experiencing its benefits. I’m proud of how this work has grown organically and meaningfully.

Alongside this, I released Golden Dawn, my all-in-one bi-phase serum, during a year where I consciously chose to simplify, reduce costs, and focus my energy on what I do best and love most. I have no regrets. That clarity has strengthened my work and reaffirmed the direction I’m heading.

One of the highlights of the year was reconnecting with Susze from

Auckland Yoga Retreats and co-creating our first all-day retreat together. We naturally blended our strengths, her grounding presence through yoga and thoughtful event coordination, alongside my love for weaving together natural perfume oils and mists, massage, and meditation.

It felt deeply aligned, creative, and nourishing, and a reminder of how powerful it can be when we come together in our respective skills and what we were curious in growing in :)

I’m also deeply grateful for how warmly these offerings were received, our retreat filled completely, and we went on to hold two further sound bath journeys that were also fully booked, which felt incredibly affirming.

Reconnecting with Judita and beginning Wild Rose Sanctuary Circle has been one of the quieter surprises of this year. It has unfolded in a way that has left us both feeling genuinely amazed, a shared passion project that came together so naturally and with ease.

Together, we’ve created a warm, welcoming container where women can relax, recharge, connect, and be a little wild and free. I’m deeply grateful to be working side by side with her, learning, creating, and holding space for both of our gifts, and for the opportunity to share this space with others.

As I look ahead, my intention is simple and steady: to continue serving you with care, integrity, and presence, while creating more ease and stability for myself and my business after several years of significant transition since 2020. This year feels like we’ve moved forward, gained new ground, and realigned in a way that feels more authentic to the kind of impact I want to have in the world.
