Perfect for those with busy schedules seeking fast, effective relief from everyday stress and muscle tightness. - General contraindications for massage treatment: - If you’ve had botox or any fillers in the last 6-7 weeks - If you’re currently unwell (it is best to wait until you have fully recovered before you have massage therapy) - Any recent injuries - Any inflammation in the body - Deep vein thrombosis - Cancer - Pregnancy (First trimester) - Skin conditions (severe acne, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores or open sores) - If in doubt receiving medical clearance from your doctor or health practitioner is advised before receiving any massage treatment.
