How to use:
Take a relaxing moment, some deep breathes. Incorporate this into your evening routine once or twice a week or how often you like and time allows.
Apply a small amount of plant oil or creamy cleanser to your face.
Use the different parts of the gua sha (as pictured) to massage/stroke the face gently but firmly in the direction of the arrows 10-15 times per area. You will notice your face will begin to go pink in places - this is normal as you stimulate the blood flow.
Rinse off the oil or cleanser thoroughly or remove gently with a microfibre or bamboo cloth.
Finish your evening with a soothing cup of herbal tea.
