Service Description
A 30-minute focused massage designed to bring relief to specific areas of the body. This treatment can be enjoyed as a standalone session when you’re short on time, or as an add-on to deepen your treatment experience. Choose from deep tissue work for areas of tension such as shoulders, back or glutes, or soothing massage for the scalp, hands or feet. Each session is tailored intuitively to support relaxation, circulation and targeted relief. General contraindications for massage treatment: - If you’ve had botox or any fillers in the last 6-7 weeks - If you’re currently unwell (it is best to wait until you have fully recovered before you have massage therapy) - Any recent injuries - Any inflammation in the body - Deep vein thrombosis - Cancer - Pregnancy (First trimester) - Skin conditions (severe acne, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores or open sores) - If in doubt receiving medical clearance from your doctor or health practitioner is advised before receiving any massage treatment.
Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours notice . This allows us to offer the appointment to another client on our waitlist. *Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 25% service fee. *No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Rebooking Policy: *Rebooking Notice: Please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. *Late Rebooking: Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a 25% fee. *Emergency Rescheduling: Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
