Duration: 30, 60 or 90 mins Who is this treatment for? This treatment is for those who want to create a meaningful difference in a particular area of their body - especially where a general relaxation massage may not provide enough time or depth to fully address what is being felt. Rather than moving quickly through the whole body, the session is devoted to one chosen area. This creates space for deeper, more concentrated work with tension, restriction, muscular holding and movement patterns. The body cannot be rushed into releasing. Muscles, fascia and the nervous system need time to feel safe, soften and respond. By working slowly and attentively, we honour your nervous system while allowing the tissues to open at a pace your body can comfortably receive. Each treatment may combine fascia release therapy, therapeutic massage, pressure-point release, lymphatic drainage, gentle mobilization and activation, nervous-system-aware touch and relaxation techniques. The work is always tailored to your body. This may include working with surrounding areas and connected patterns that could be contributing to tension or restriction.
