Duration: 60 mins A deeply restorative, oil-less bodywork treatment that uses gentle, sustained pressure to release restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle and organ. This session may be received fully clothed if preferred and can also be incorporated into your bespoke wellness treatment. Fascia Release Therapy helps ease tension, improve movement, and calm the nervous system.
