Coming Home is for the woman who feels depleted, disconnected or lost within the demands of life. There are seasons when we can become distant from ourselves. We may have spent so long caring for others, meeting expectations, moving through challenge or simply doing what was needed that somewhere along the way, we placed ourselves aside. For the woman moving through change. For the woman who has travelled through a challenging season and longs to feel held, replenished and present with herself again. Your ritual begins over tea with a gentle conversation about what has brought you here and what you wish to return to, reclaim or receive. You will then intuitively choose a ceremonial body oil connected to your intention for the session. Using warmed oil, long flowing movements and slow rhythmic touch, your body is held within an uninterrupted current of deep relaxation, Energy healing, sound, voice and meditative stillness are intuitively woven through the experience, inviting you to soften out of doing and into receiving. This is not remedial or targeted bodywork. There is nothing to fix, correct or push through. This ritual is devoted entirely to relaxation, intuitive flow and ceremonial care - a space for your body to be listened to, honoured and lovingly welcomed home. After your treatment, you will receive a personal intuitive reading by Catherine, followed by time to reflect, integrate and slowly return over herbal tea. This is more than a treatment. It is a pause between who you have needed to be and who you are becoming. A remembering of your body as home. A return to your own company, your own essence and your inner knowing. Wherever you have been, whatever season you have travelled through, you are invited to come home to yourself. Coming Home is intentionally devoted to relaxation, intuitive flow and ceremonial care. It does not include remedial, deep-tissue, fascia-release or targeted therapeutic work.
