Tailored Therapeutic Bodywork & Nervous System Support 60 minutes | 90 minutes | 2 hours Your Bespoke Wellness Session is a fully personalised experience designed to meet you exactly where you are - physically, emotionally, and energetically. Instead of choosing from a long menu of modalities, this session allows you to simply book the time you need, and Catherine will intuitively blend the most supportive techniques for your body and nervous system on the day. Each session may include a combination of: ✨ Kobido Face Sculpting & Lifting ✨ Fascia Release Therapy ✨ Deep Tissue or Trigger Point Work ✨ Lymphatic Techniques ✨ Holistic Pulsing ✨ Gentle Energy Healing ✨ Restorative Nervous System Massage ✨ Targeted Relief for Tension Areas ✨ (Optional) Somatic Coaching if relevant on the day You don’t have to decide ahead of time, just come as you are, and Catherine will tailor the session to help you feel balanced, renewed, and supported. Want deeper mind-body support? You can now choose the Deep Reset Session (90 minutes), blending somatic coaching with restorative bodywork for deeper emotional + physical integration. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, simply ask and we can give guidance on your choice. General contraindications for massage treatment: - If you’ve had botox or any fillers in the last 6-7 weeks - If you’re currently unwell (it is best to wait until you have fully recovered before you have massage therapy) - Any recent injuries - Any inflammation in the body - Deep vein thrombosis - Cancer - Pregnancy (First trimester) - Skin conditions (severe acne, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores or open sores) - If in doubt receiving medical clearance from your doctor or health practitioner is advised before receiving any massage treatment. Hot stones contraindications: - Any active inflammatory condition - Any skin condition that has led to inflammation eg/ psoriasis, dermatitis, shingles or sunburn. - Any condition where the immune system is compromised, either by the condition itself or the drugs used to treat it - Diabetes - Oedema (swelling of tissue) - Pregnancy (all trimesters) - Immediate post-surgical or post-traumatic injury eg/ whiplash, fracture - Unmanaged hypertension, unmanaged cardio-vascular disease. - Epilepsy. - Hyper-mobility of joints, recent joint replacements. - Any condition that has led to loss of nerve sensations eg/ neuropathy, Multiple Sclerosis. - Any other condition not cleared by a medical professional
