This personalized 60, 90 minute or 2-hour session is designed to meet your unique needs and preferences, offering the ultimate in tailored care. You can choose from a range of treatments that Cath is trained in, including our rejuvenating Kobido Face Lift and Sculpt Massage, Fascia release therapy, the deeply restorative and gentle energy healing, deep tissue, trigger point release, holistic pulsing or a targeted relief massage to ease areas of tension. General contraindications for massage treatment: - If you’ve had botox or any fillers in the last 6-7 weeks - If you’re currently unwell (it is best to wait until you have fully recovered before you have massage therapy) - Any recent injuries - Any inflammation in the body - Deep vein thrombosis - Cancer - Pregnancy (First trimester) - Skin conditions (severe acne, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores or open sores) - If in doubt receiving medical clearance from your doctor or health practitioner is advised before receiving any massage treatment. Hot stones contraindications: - Any active inflammatory condition - Any skin condition that has led to inflammation eg/ psoriasis, dermatitis, shingles or sunburn. - Any condition where the immune system is compromised, either by the condition itself or the drugs used to treat it - Diabetes - Oedema (swelling of tissue) - Pregnancy (all trimesters) - Immediate post-surgical or post-traumatic injury eg/ whiplash, fracture - Unmanaged hypertension, unmanaged cardio-vascular disease. - Epilepsy. - Hyper-mobility of joints, recent joint replacements. - Any condition that has led to loss of nerve sensations eg/ neuropathy, Multiple Sclerosis. - Any other condition not cleared by a medical professional
