About the event
Sound and Vocal Healing Journey
A space to pause, soften, listen and receive.
My sound healing journeys are created to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and reconnection with yourself - but they are also very much a journey and an experience.
Each journey is created and facilitated by me in the moment. While I may begin with an intention or loose structure, no two journeys are exactly the same. I work intuitively with the room, the people present and what I sense is wanting to unfold, allowing the sound to build, soften, change direction and evolve naturally throughout the experience.
Over approximately 45 minutes to an hour, I weave together instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, shruti box, ceremonial drum, chimes, rain shells and acoustic guitar, alongside my voice.
