Restorative Sound & Vocal Journey
A gentle evening to pause, soften and receive.
Step out of the busyness of life and into a cosy and intimate sound and vocal journey created to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and reconnection with yourself.
You’ll be guided through a restorative 45-minute to 1-hour sound and vocal journey using a variety of sound instruments including crystal bowls, gong, rain sticks, acoustic guitar, voice and intuitive vocal weaving in Catherine’s own creative style.
This is a welcoming space for you to come as you are. There is no obligation to socialise or share - even though the gathering is held in my home studio, you are invited to honour what you need. You may quietly arrive, settle, receive the sound journey and leave gently afterwards, or you are welcome to stay for a warm cup of tea before heading home.

Your ticket includes entry to one Restorative Sound & Vocal Journey, a cosy intimate evening created to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and reconnection through sound, voice and stillness. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before we begin. Please note: tickets are non-refundable due to limited spaces and preparation involved.

Sound & Vocal Journey 4 x pass
Your 4-session pass gives you access to four Restorative Sound & Vocal Journey evenings at a reduced rate of $33 per session. You do not need to attend four consecutive dates. These sound journeys will be offered fortnightly, so you can choose the dates that suit you best. Please note: this pass is valid for Restorative Sound & Vocal Journey events only and is non-refundable.
