About the event
What to expect
The experience begins with a short grounding meditation to help you arrive, settle and connect with your body.
From there, Catherine will guide you into an intuitive live sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, shruti box, chimes, acoustic guitar, intuitive vocal tones, chants and singing.
Sound, silence, rhythm and different tonal textures are woven together intuitively, making each journey unique.
You may experience deep relaxation, drifting between waking and sleep, emotion, imagery, physical sensations, reflection or simply stillness. There is nothing you need to achieve.
The experience closes gently with time to return to awareness of your body, breath and surroundings, allowing space for grounding and integration before the journey comes to a close.
