This is a courier ticket on an A4 satchel with our return address on it that will enable you to send back your bottles to us to to be refilled if you wish. These are for our customers who wish to reduce recycling and waste and re-use their bottles and pots.
We offer refill of bottles and pots for most of our products, so if you want to know which refills we offer, there will be an offer under each individual product.
How it works:
When you are ready to re-order
1. Place your order of refills for products you need, the discount of choosing to re-use and refill your bottles will offset this courier cost.
2. Email us to organise emailing you a freight forward ticket which you will need to print off on an A4 paper and glue to your box or parcel you wish to send back to use. Please ensure any bottled products are wrapped carefully to ensure no breakage. Re-use any boxes or paper packaging we provide with your order to reduce any waste.
3. When your packaged bottles are ready for pick up email us and let us know and we organise a courier to pick up from your doorstep and it will be shipped back to us.
4. We clean and sanitise your bottles, refill with the products you have ordered and ship it back to you.
